Al Ustaz (Abu Saif) Muhammad Rafiq is a renowned scholar and managing director of Al Ehsaan Online Institute of Islamic Education. He is also working as General Secretary of the National Peace Committee Pakistan for Interfaith Harmony and Human Rights. He has also been accomplishing his duties as the Managing Director of Al Ehsaan Medical Complex, Al Ehsaan Welfare Foundation, and Globizzle Modern Technologies.

Al Ustaz (Abu Saif) Muhammad Rafiq is his Ph.D. in Hadeeth from International Islamic University (IIU), Islamabad Pakistan.

Muhammad Rafiq has a specialization in Translation of Al-Quran and Tafseer (Interpretation of the Holy Quran), Hadith (Traditions of the Holy Prophet Peace be upon Him).

He has also a vast experience of teaching at national and international levels. He served in Arrahma Institue USA, Nor ul Quran Institute Norway, and Al Huda Institue, London. He has also been conducting online classes globally.
